The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), is a globally recognised Institute with over 135,000 members and almost 4,000 international members in over 120 countries. It is looked to globally as a leader in supporting the practice of and research around the human resource profession.

Main aim of CIPD is to drive sustained organisation performance through HR, shaping thinking, leading practice and building capability within the profession.
